This course is designed to prepare technical personnel with necessary knowledge, skills and attitude who will work flexibly and efficiently at different workplaces in the civil aviation industry as aerodrome controllers. At the completion of the programme, holders of the qualifications will be able to apply knowledge and skills that will enable the learner to be licensed as aerodrome controller as per ICAO Annex 1 (Personnel Licensing).
Who should attend
- Participants intended to be Aerodrome Controllers from different Civil Aviation Authority (CAA) and Air Navigation Service Providers (ANSP).
Entry Requirements
- Minimum age: 21 years.
- Advanced Certificate of Secondary Education Examination (ACSEE) with at least one principal pass and one subsidiary of Physics, Mathematics or Geography subject obtained at the same sitting or two principal passes of Physics, Mathematics or Geography subject obtained at different sittings.
