Approach Control Procedural
Course Aim
The course is designed to equip participants with the knowledge, skills and attitude required to safely, orderly, and efficiently control arriving, departing, and overflying air traffic within a Terminal Control Area (TMA) and associated airspace, utilizing procedural separation techniques based on time, distance, or vertical/lateral standards, in strict compliance in accordance with relevant national and international standards.

Who should attend
Participant intended to be an Approach Control Procedural Controller from different Civil Aviation Authority (CAA) and Air Navigation Service Providers (ANSP).
Entry Requirements
- Minimum age: 21 years.
- Holder of successful Aerodrome Control certificate
- Must be actively employed as an Air Traffic controller and the employer must provide formal confirmation of the same
- Class 3 Medical requirements
- Minimum ICAO level 4 English language proficiency
