Course Aim
The course is designed to equip knowledge, skills, and attitudes required to apply Crew Resource Management (CRM) principles in accordance with TCAA requirements and ICAO guidance, thereby enhancing communication, teamwork, decision-making, situational awareness, and aviation safety.

Entry Requirements
- Minimum age:18 years
- Holder of successful Certificate of Secondary Education Examination (CSEE)
