This course is designed to equip participants with knowledge, skills and attitude required to deliver competency-based trainings in accordance with, ICAO DOC 10097-Training Instructors Guide and ICAO Doc 9941-Training Development guide

Who should attend

Subject matter experts (SME) in any field and specialists who wish to become instructors.

Entry Requirements

Holder of Bachelor Degree from any recognized institution OR
In certain specialized fields (example RPAS, FOO e.t.c) a candidate with Secondary education plus industry recognized professional certifications and;
Three (3) years’ work experience as Subject Mater Expert (SME).
