On The Job Training Instructor Course

Who should attend

1. Ab initio and current on-the Job Training (OJT) Instructors;
2. Instructors
3. Supervisors
4. Line and Training managers
5. Course Developers (ISD Specialists)

Entry Requirements

1. Minimum age: 21 years
2. Holder of Bachelor Degree from any recognized institution OR
3. In certain specialized fields (example RPAS, FOO e.t.c) a candidate with Secondary education plus industry recognized professional certifications and;
4. Three (3) years’ work experience as Subject Mater Expert (SME)
5. Ability to communicate effectively in English
